Olea Olive Oils and Wine was created from our passion for quality ingredients. The owners, Liz Kieler and Katrina Stavely have over 25 years in restaurants and professional kitchens. Providing quality olive oils, wines, teas, olives, and pastas to northwest Georgia is our goal. Olea has over 40 different olive oils and vinegars to sample, we also have an ever changing wine tasting menu. The wine tasting menu will feature a variety of white, red, sparkling, and everything in between.
